TERMS & CONDITIONS

Above all else we aim to treat our customers as we would wish to be treated, however, as with every business we have a few set terms which we ask for our clients to confirm they accept before we deliver products or services to them.

Event Confirmation:

White Lilac Flowers require all clients to confirm the event in writing, be it either e-mail or post.

Confirmation of booking constitutes acceptance of White Lilac Flowers Ltd terms and conditions

Confirmation constitutes acceptance of the latest anticipated account or quote.

White Lilac reserve the right to revise the anticipated account in the event of a material change in number of items required or services needed.

Numbers:

White Lilac Flowers require confirmed numbers of items etc 10 working days before an event.  After this notification White Lilac Flowers  Ltd will endeavour to accommodate any increases in items, but regret that no allowance can be made if this number is reduced within 10 working days of the date of the Event.

Payment:

On confirmation of an event a deposit of 20% of the final bill will be expected to enable us to hold the date for the event.  If that payment is not received unfortunately we can not hold that date and will be available for other bookings.

Monies paid on confirmation will be deducted from the final invoice

The balance of the account is due within 4 weeks prior to the event.

We accept payment by BACS and cheque only.

Cancellation:

Once an event has been confirmed White Lilac order flowers, reserve staff and sundries and may refuse to supply other events that wish to book our services. Therefore charges are payable for any cancellation of a confirmed event.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The date of receipt of this notice will determine the cancellation charge applicable.

White Lilac Flowers reserves the right to charge up to 25% of the most recent anticipated account for cancelled Events to compensate for costs incurred and loss of profits.  However, should the cancellation be received within 28 days prior to the Event White Lilac Flowers reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the most recent anticipated account, or 75% if the cancellation is received within 14 days prior to the Event, or 100% if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to the Event.

Breakages And Losses:

Unless otherwise stated all vases, props and nightlight remain property of White Lilac Flowers Ltd. Losses and Breakages will be charged for at replacement cost.

White Lilac Flowers do not accept responsibility for the client’s property and items are left with White Lilac Flowers Ltd at the owner’s risk.

Liability:

The liability of White Lilac Flowers Ltd for a Supplier’s failure to perform or to provide services or otherwise is limited to the value of that Supplier’s services.

In any event White Lilac Flowers Ltd has no liability for any failure to provide and services due to industrial action, postal or communications delay, plant failure, hostilities or any other circumstances beyond the control of White Lilac Flowers.

The Client shall indemnify and keep indemnified White Lilac Flowers against any costs or liabilities incurred by White Lilac Flowers Ltd as a result of any breach of these Terms by the Client.

As we are sure you are aware, there is a lot of uncertainty around the short term and long term future surrounding the Coronavirus situation. Here at White Lilac, we assure you that we are taking all the necessary precautions in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus as well as safeguarding the health of our employees, suppliers and customers. We understand that changes may need to be made surrounding dates for your wedding/event and we assure you that we will do everything we can to remain flexible to help you continue your planning. If you already have a booking with us and wish to change the date of your wedding/event then we will accommodate where possible, subject to the revised date being available. If you would like to discuss the availability of White Lilac for future dates, then please speak to Keeli or Jade. There will be no additional fee for moving your wedding date and the deposit/quote you currently have with us will remain in place.

If we are unable to provide your flowers for a revised date, then any deposit already paid will be refunded in full. If you wish to cancel and you don’t wish to rebook for a later date, then the standard T&C’s apply. If you don’t currently have a booking with us, then we would love to discuss dates and options for your wedding/event. However, until further notice, we won’t be having any face to face meetings.
