Above all else we aim to treat our customers as we would wish to be treated.

However, as with every business we have a few set terms which we ask our clients to confirm they
accept before we deliver products or services to them.

White Lilac will deliver to the venue and install your wedding/event flowers ensuring the look
discussed is created by our trusted team.
White Lilac’s bespoke wedding service starts from £1000.

Event Confirmation:

  1. White Lilac Flowers require all clients to confirm the event in writing, be it either e-mail or post.
  2. Confirmation of booking constitutes acceptance of White Lilac Flowers’ terms and conditions.
  3. Confirmation constitutes acceptance of the latest anticipated account or quote.
  4. White Lilac reserve the right to revise the anticipated account in the event of a material
    change in number of items required or services needed.

Numbers:

  1. White Lilac Flowers require confirmed numbers of items etc 10 working days before an event.
    After this notification White Lilac Flowers will endeavour to accommodate any increases in
    items, but regret that no allowance can be made if this number is reduced within 10 working
    days of the date of the event.

Payment:

  1. On confirmation of an event a deposit of 10% of the final invoice will be due to enable us to
    schedule the event in our diary. If that payment is not received unfortunately we cannot
    reserve that date and will be available for other bookings.
  2. Monies paid on confirmation will be deducted from the final invoice.
  3. The balance of the account is due within 4 weeks prior to the event.
  4. We accept payment by BACS and cheque only.

Cancellation:

  1. Once an event has been confirmed White Lilac Flowers order flowers, reserve staff and
    sundries and may refuse to supply other events that wish to book our services. Therefore
    charges are payable for any cancellation of a confirmed event.
  2. Cancellations must be made in writing. The date of receipt of this notice will determine the
    cancellation charge applicable.
  3. White Lilac Flowers reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the most recent anticipated
    account for cancelled events to compensate for costs incurred. However, should the
    cancellation be received within 28 days prior to the event White Lilac Flowers reserve the right
    to charge up to 50% of the most recent anticipated account, or 75% if the cancellation is
    received within 14 days prior to the event, or 100% if the cancellation is received within 7 days
    prior to the event.

Breakages and Losses:

  1. Unless otherwise stated all vases, props and nightlights remain property of White Lilac Flowers.
    Losses and breakages will be charged at replacement cost.
  2. White Lilac Flowers do not accept responsibility for the client’s property and items are left with
    White Lilac Flowers at the owner’s risk.

Liability:

  1. The liability of White Lilac Flowers for a supplier’s failure to perform or to provide services or
    otherwise is limited to the value of that supplier’s services.
  2. In any event White Lilac Flowers has no liability for any failure to provide and services due to
    industrial action, postal or communications delay, plant failure, hostilities or any other
    circumstances beyond the control of White Lilac Flowers.
  3. The Client shall indemnify and keep indemnified White Lilac Flowers against any costs or
    liabilities incurred by White Lilac Flowers as a result of any breach of these Terms by the
    Client.
